STANFORTH CONWAY TOE CLEARANCE

Toe overlap is a real concern with cyclists who ride a small frame but use a bigger wheel size, tyre or mudguards.

Here we demonstrate the level of clearance for the 52.5cm, 53.5cm and 56.0 frame sizes, and different shoe sizes. In both examples we have based it upon a 700 x 35c tyre and mudguards. This is to be used as a guide only as everyone has different foot positions on pedals and clearance between guards and tyres.

As all of our frames are made to order we can adjust the geometries to give you more clearance if you think it's needed, for example if you have a larger shoe size, you want to fit bigger tyres or you ride with your feet further forward on the pedals.
