Cyclescheme is an employee benefit that saves you 25-39% on a bike and accessories. You pay nothing upfront and the payments are taken tax efficiently from your salary by your employer.

How it works

Explore our website, give us a call or come and look at our excellent range of custom bikes and accessories. We’ll discuss your bike and its specand then provide you with a quote, which you enter on the Cyclescheme website along with your employer code and payroll number https://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/

Please note that the prices of our bikes purchased through the Cyclescheme are 10% higher than our standard prices to cover the commissions we pay to Cyclescheme. Our margins are tight so it's the only way we can enable customers to buy through the scheme. Please liaise with us before applying for your voucher so we can ensure you have an accurate quote for your dream custom touring bike.

Once you’ve received your voucher you then provide us with the voucher code and redemption code, we can then provide you with the design and and start building your Stanforth bike. The time from providing us with the codes and your bike being ready is normally 16 weeks.

REMEMBER: All of our bikes are custom built so you cannot cancel or return the bike for a refund.

Your employer will then reduce your salary in exchange for the voucher. This is known as salary sacrifice because you give up part of your salary for the benefit of your new bike.

The cycle to work scheme does not necessarily have a limit. This is to ensure riders can get the exact bike they need to improve their commute, such as a custom made bike.
Employers have increasingly offered schemes without limits but it's not universal. You'll just need to check that your employer offers the no limit scheme.
