Your fillet brazed frame will be hand built in England.

The top tube, down tube and seat tube will all be Reynolds 853, the seat stays 725, the 44mm internal diameter head tube will be 631 along with the chainstays.

The stainless steel rear sliding dropouts for the Rohloff hub are made my Paragon Machine Works in the US. The dropouts incorporate a split to enable installation of the Gates belt.

​

To ensure the rear triangle stiffness required for the Gates belt, we used wider diameter seatstays.

​

The frame can be designed for clearance of up to either 27.5” x 47mm or 700c x 43mm.

​

The insert for the rear dropout includes an IS disc mount which we attach a flat mount adapter to, and the fork disc mounts is flat mount, so compatible with both Sram and Shimano gravel hydraulic brakes.

​

The fork is a full carbon monocoque adventure fork with cargo mounts. It benefits from a tapered steerer, with mudguard eyelets and additional 3 bolt cage mounts on the legs for full versatility. Disc ready with the flat mount standard, with routing for both the brake hose and a dynamo cable and with a 12mm through axle to secure the wheel.

The fork’s thru axle is 100 x 12, and the Rohloff rear hub is 135x10 spacing.
