Bars: The Kibo Dirt Drop comes with the super strong and stiff heat treated Nitto M106 SSB bars. We can also supply Salsa Woodchipper or the Rithey Venturemax flared drop bars as an upgrade

Shifters: Microshift 10 speed bar-end shifters are highly durable and reliable. Friction controls the front chainwheel and a choice of indexed or friction control the rear cassette, it takes a matter of seconds to switch from one to the other.

Levers: The beautiful TRP RRL SL or Sram levers, more info here Dirt Drop brakes

The stem:  We offer a choice of ahead (1 1/8" threadless steerer) and quill (for 1" threaded steerer). Ahead is our recommended set up.

We use a robust hollow forged AL6061-T6 aluminium stem. We have a range of lengths which which will be decided during the design stage of your bike. We often getting asked - quill or ahead? For expedition touring we recommend the ahead - the wider diameter steerer and stem combination is stiffer and stronger.

Tape: We use Brooks microfibre bar tape for a combination of comfort and durability. For extra comfort we'd recommend the Ergon Gravel bar tape
